Registration Fee: FREE

Prizes (Men's & Women's Division):

• Champion: P3,000 + Medals
• 1st Runner-Up: P2,000 + Medals
• 2nd Runner-Up: P1,000 + Medals
• 3rd Runner-Up: P800 + Medals

Qualifications:

• Ages 15-30 years old
• Must be a resident of Barangay Mankilam for at least 6 months

Requirements:

• Filled-out Entry Form (with full details & signatures)
• Purok Clearance or Certificate of Residency
• 1 Valid ID (Photocopy)

For Minors:

• PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
• Purok Clearance/Certificate of Residency
• Parent's Consent/Waiver

Submit requirements at SK Office, Barangay Mankilam.
